4. Order acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting an offer to purchase a product. An order is considered accepted, and the purchase contract concluded, only when you receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including, but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

5. Prices and payment

All prices displayed on the website are final and shown in EUR or BGN unless otherwise stated. Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The Company does not store or process credit card information. All payment transactions are encrypted and handled by certified payment providers in line with industry security standards.

6. Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping origin & delivery time

Products are shipped from partner warehouses located within the European Union and Asia. Standard delivery time is up to 7 business days after dispatch; it may vary depending on location, logistics conditions, or courier services.

Customs duties and taxes

All customs duties, VAT and import taxes related to shipments arriving from warehouses outside the European Union are covered by the Company. Customers will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

Shipping costs & tracking

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout; orders above the announced threshold may qualify for free shipping. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number.

7. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 days from the date the product is delivered, without needing to give a reason.

Return conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened, including cosmetics and skincare products, personal care devices such as massagers and epilators, and underwear or intimate care products.

Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer either a replacement product or a full refund.

Refund process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take between 3 and 10 business days to appear in your account.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the consumer protection laws applicable in the European Union and in your country of residence, whichever offer you stronger protection.

If you are an EU consumer and a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you can use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .
